THE ELEMENT OF STORY

The seven elements of design are well known, and often referenced. We believe that “The Eighth Element” is connected to (and informs) all the others: it is the element of Story.

We also believe that too often, in our field, the heroes of The Story are the designers, not the client. So we’re intentional about getting the hero of your design story right: it’s about you, and the form-and-function balance that reflects both who you are as well as the aspirational story of you and yours — and who you are becoming.
